Refund & Resend Policy

At Ojvira, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy carefully before requesting a refund or replacement.

1. Order Issues

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return or Replacement Process

Customer → Contact Ojvira Support → Case Review → CJ Dropshipping Dispute → Resolution Approved → Refund or Replacement Issued.

Customers must provide:

  • Order Number
  • Email Address
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

3. Replacement (Resend)

A replacement will be provided if:

  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Wrong item received
  • Package lost in transit

Replacement shipping is free after approval.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued when:

  • Product cannot be delivered
  • Item is defective
  • Replacement unavailable
  • Order cancelled before shipment

Refunds are sent back to the original payment method (PayPal).

Refund timeline:

  • Approval: 2–5 business days
  • PayPal processing: 3–7 business days

5. Returns

Customers must NOT return items without approval.

If return is required, Ojvira will provide the correct return instructions or address.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Delivery delays caused by customs or carriers
